CAC2025

Dear Colleagues,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 25th Conference on Applied Crystallography (CAC 2025), which will take place from 7th to 10th September 2025 in Wisła, Poland, at the luxurious Crystal Mountain***** Hotel.
CAC 2025 is dedicated to all researchers who apply crystallographic methods in their scientific work – in materials science, physics, chemistry, biology, and related fields.
We are honoured to announce that the keynote lecture will be delivered by J. Georg Bednorz, Nobel Laureate in Physics, awarded for the discovery of high-temperature superconductivity in ceramic materials – a breakthrough that reshaped condensed matter physics.

The main topics of the conference include:

  • Material structures analysis (metals, ceramics, polymers, thin films, quasicrystals, amorphous materials, nanomaterials, molecular crystals, structure of interfaces);
  • Application and development of crystallographic methods and techniques (X-ray, neutron and electron diffraction, PDF, EBSD, SEAD, PED, phase analysis, texture and strain analysis);
  • Crystal structure determination;
  • Crystallography of phase transformations.

If you are using any materials structure-oriented technique, the Conference is for you!

The conference will feature:

  • invited talks from leading scientists,
  • oral and poster presentations,
  • opportunities for networking and collaboration,
  • a friendly and inspiring scientific atmosphere.
